Just like a Brain - Convolutional Neural Networks

“Just like a brain” is the phrase used to describe Neural Networks; although an exaggeration they are rather abstract high dimensional functions capable of learning things that would be otherwise impossible to program. Face Detection and Recognition

Picture Credit: Microsoft Bing The Hall of faces is where you find the face you are looking for, but you need to drink the poisoned water to find it. Well, this project came in handy after all! You don’t have to roam through the atrium at the House of Black and white in Bravos. You don’t have to fight Jaqen H’ghar to get the face you need, just run my code. This project involves training a network to identify faces in the images and labeling according to the faces in the picture. Object Detection and Tracking

I started with learning what an Artificial Neural network is and what are its components, what a Convolutional Neural Network is and its integral parts. How an ANN, CNN works and how they are trained? I also performed a mini project with the objective of detecting and tracking a human being. I made myself familiar with carious feature descriptors and I used one during this project.
